Mr. Wildstein has extensive experience in civil litigation, primarily in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability and premises liability. Mr. Wildstein’s current practice focuses on defending physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses and medical institutions. He has an active trial practice and has successfully litigated jury cases, as well as binding arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Wildstein also represents physicians and dentists in licensing matters before the Connecticut Department of Public Health. He has lectured at seminars and at Grand Rounds on several aspects of civil litigation and on risk management.
