Mr. Henderson practices in the area of civil litigation. His practice concentrates on defense of asbestos related matters and other complex civil cases. He has represented companies, including Fortune 500 companies, in numerous cases in Federal and State Courts in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Jason's practice has also involved litigation of intellectual property, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, unfair trade practices, products liability, and personal injury actions.
Jason has extensive experience in every stage of litigation including overseeing complex discovery, motion practice, depositions, expert discovery, and trial. He has also been involved in the filing of appeals and the preparation of appellate briefs in the Connecticut Appellate Court and Connecticut Supreme Court.
