Mr. Danaher is one of the founding Principals of DanaherLagnese, PC. He currently serves as a Co-Managing Principal.
The main concentration of Mr. Danaher's practice has been complex litigation. He coordinated nationally the defense of a company which was a defendant in hundreds of thousands of toxic material cases. In that capacity, he has managed annual litigation budgets of between $150 to $200 million. He has handled cases pending in both Federal and State Trial Appellate Courts in numerous jurisdictions between California and Connecticut. His litigation experience encompasses most areas of civil litigation, ranging from anti-trust to medical malpractice cases wherein he has defended hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers. His clients include pharmaceutical and medical device companies, insurance companies, manufacturers, doctors and hospitals.

Mr. Danaher is Chairman and a founding principal of Medical Risk Management, LLC (“MRM”). MRM is a consulting firm dedicated to proactive risk management techniques for the medical profession and healthcare institutions
