Ms. DeRose has been a trial attorney since graduating in 1993 from Western New England College School of Law. She has experience through all phases of civil and criminal litigation from initial evaluation of a case through trial, jury verdict and appeal. She has substantial experience and success in defending civil personal injury trials. Ms. DeRose’s current practice is almost exclusively medical malpractice and focuses on defending physicians in a variety of medical specialties, including obstetrics and gynecology, radiology, general surgery, colon and rectal surgery, internal medicine, anesthesiology, psychiatry and pharmacology.
