Mrs. Vautour’s major area of practice is Civil Litigation with an emphasis on Medical Malpractice Defense and Asbestos Defense. While at Suffolk University Law School, Mrs. Vautour was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society, Staff Member of the Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy and a Director of Appellate Competitions. In addition, Mrs. Vautour competed in numerous intra-school trial and advocacy competitions, was a member of the National Invitational Trial Team and represented Suffolk University at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, Tournament of Champions. Mrs. Vautour was also a member of the National Woman’s Law Student Association, the Massachusetts Women’s Bar Association, member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity, and a student prosecutor for the West Roxbury District Court in Massachusetts.

Publications:
Co-authored an article, "Legal and policy lessons from the Schiavo case: Is our right to choose the medical care we want seriously at risk?" published in the Journal of Palliative and Supportive Care.

Community Involvement:
Mrs. Vautour volunteers for the Securities Deposit clinic sponsored by Greater Hartford Legal Aid.
