Mr. Robertson’s practice is in the areas of civil litigation and appellate advocacy. Mr. Robertson's practice concentrates on legal malpractice, medical malpractice, premises liability and municipal liability cases.

Mr. Robertson’s current litigation practice focuses on defending physicians, nurses and health care institutions. He has successfully litigated jury cases in both state and federal court involving physicians, attorneys as well as other professionals. Those cases have included claims of significant economic loss, wrongful death and severe permanent injury. Mr. Robertson has represented physicians, dentists and nurses in licensing matters before the Connecticut Department of Public Health. He has also represented attorneys before the Statewide Grievance Committee.

Mr. Robertson’s appellate practice has included appellate advocacy in the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts as well as in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals
