Ms. Marini started her legal career in Albany, New York, at a small plaintiff’s medical malpractice firm. She then moved back home to Connecticut, where she became a litigation associate with a local law firm. While at the firm Ms. Marini specialized in medical malpractice, devoting 100% of her practice to the defense of both physicians and hospitals. In April of 2008, Ms. Marini joined Danaher, Lagnese & Sacco as a medical malpractice associate. She is also a certified mediator.
Ms. Marini has been involved in every stage of litigation including, overseeing complex discovery, motion practice, depositions, and oral argument. She appears regularly in state court. Additionally, Ms.Marini, has assisted in trial preparation and pretrial motions. She has also been involved in filing appeals and preparing appellate briefs in the Connecticut Appellate Court and Connecticut Supreme Court.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Marini worked as an after school and summer school teacher at a grammar school in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
