Ms. Hamilton’s major area of practice is civil litigation with a focus on medical malpractice defense and insurance coverage and defense. She also has experience in general business litigation. In that capacity, Ms. Hamilton has participated in matters appearing before the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
During law school, Ms. Hamilton interned at the Connecticut Supreme Court for Justice Robert I. Berdon. Following law school, Ms. Hamilton was one of the original court officers on the State’s then, just-established Complex Litigation Docket and worked with Judge Michael R. Sheldon.
