Ms. Hammond’s major area of practice is toxic tort litigation and asbestos related matters. She has experience in every stage of litigation including, overseeing complex discovery, motion practice, depositions, and oral argument. Before joining the firm in November of 2009, Kimberly worked for a small firm in Salt Lake City, Utah where she managed the firm’s appellate litigation. In addition she has experience in real property law, family law, and criminal defense.
Ms. Hammond graduated from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2004. During law school she was awarded Outstanding Achievement Awards in both Torts and Contracts. In addition she volunteered with Utah Legal Aid, completed an internship with the Utah Supreme Court, and was a member of the Utah Law Review.
