From I84 Eastbound: Follow I84-East to the Asylum Avenue/Capitol Avenue Exit (Exit 48 A&B). Stay to the right which is the Capitol Avenue Exit. At the end of the ramp is a light. Stay in the middle lane to go straight through the light. Go through the light this is Oak Street and our building is the first one on the right (corner of Capitol Avenue and Oak Street). At the end of the building, take a right and go underneath to the parking garage. We are located on the seventh floor.

From I91 Northbound: Follow I91 North to Capitol Avenue Exit (Exit 29A). Stay in the left lane, and follow the Hospital signs (blue "H"). Go under Hartford Public Library. Continue to follow the Hospital signs around the traffic circle. 3/4(three quarters) way around circle take a right onto Hudson Street. Take your first right onto Capitol Avenue. Continue straight through first traffic light (next to the Bushnell Memorial Hall). Get in the left lane, by the Capitol building. The next light there is a pedestrian cross walk, continue straight. At the next light turn left onto Oak Street. Our building is on the corner of Capitol and Oak (21 Oak Street). Take a right at the end of the building and park in the garage. We are located on the seventh floor.

From I91 Southbound: Follow I91 South to Capitol Area Exit. Stay in the left lane, and follow the Hospital signs (blue "H"). Go under Hartford Public Library. Follow Hospital signs around the traffic circle. Take your first right onto Capitol Avenue. Continue straight through first traffic light (next to the Bushnell Memorial Hall). From Merritt Parkway Northbound to Route 25 Southbound: Follow the Merritt Parkway (Route 15) North towards New Haven. Take exit 49S onto Route 25 South towards Bridgeport. ** Take Exit 3 (Main Street) towards Washington Avenue. Stay on Main Street South ramp towards E. From Merritt Parkway Southbound to Route 25 Southbound: Follow the Merritt Parkway (Route 15) South towards New Haven. Take exit 49S onto Route 25 South towards Bridgeport and follow directions from ** directly above.
